Designed for fast-paced kitchens, the Vulcan V2FT36C 36-inch gas range features two 18-inch French tops, each powered by a 25,000-BTU ring burner. The polished cast iron tops radiate heat outward from the center, offering a gradient surface for simmering sauces, holding stocks, or finishing grains like risotto. Each burner is operated with its own pilot and front-facing control to accommodate precise, multi-zone cooking with pots and pans of varying sizes.

Underneath the cooktop, the Vulcan V2FT36C range includes a convection oven with a 32,000 BTU burner that distributes air for even baking and roasting. The oven has a porcelain-lined cavity with three rack positions and comes equipped with two racks. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel build covers the front, sides, top ledge, base, burner box, and stub back. A 4-inch stub riser protects nearby surfaces from heat, and 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs stabilize the unit. The gas supply connects via a 1/4-inch front manifold, with a capped rear outlet for natural gas utility setups.
