The Vulcan V2P36B gas range features two plancha topsa€”each with a 1/2-inch polished steel surfacea€”offering a smooth, even cooking area ideal for searing, browning, or finishing a wide range of menu items. These dual cook zones run on liquid propane, which supports flexible placement in kitchens without a direct natural gas line. Beneath, a cabinet base provides enclosed storage space with a removable shelf.
Designed for repeated daily use, the Vulcan V2P36B gas range with planchas and storage base includes a stainless steel front, base, sides, burner box, and stub back for durability and easy cleaning. Each burner delivers 17,500 BTUs and includes individual pilots and controls for precise heat adjustments. Flanged 6-in. legs offer stability, and a three-sided grease trough streamlines cleanup during busy service hours.
