With two independent plancha tops, the Vulcan V2P36B gas range supports side-by-side cooking at different temperatures. Its flat cooking surfaces distribute heat evenly, making them suitable for searing proteins, reducing sauces, or finishing items before plating. This model runs on natural gas, offering consistent fuel access for busy kitchens that require dependable performance during service hours.
The Vulcan V2P36B gas range with planchas and storage base features a welded stainless steel body that resists denting and simplifies cleanup. Each plancha top is powered by a 17,500 BTU burner with its own pilot and control valve. A three-sided grease trough collects runoff, and the enclosed cabinet base provides storage with a removable shelf. Adjustable 6-inch legs help stabilize the unit.
