Vulcan V2P36C 36" Gas Range W/ (2) Planchas & Convection Oven, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan V2P36C gas range includes two plancha tops designed for direct-contact cooking. Each surface supports tasks such as searing or finishing with uniform heat transfer across a polished steel plate. Beneath the cooktop, a convection oven improves cooking efficiency by circulating hot air, helping operators achieve faster, more even results. This model runs on liquid propane.
Stainless steel panels protect the front, sides, base, and stub back from wear and cleaning chemicals. The Vulcan V2P36C gas range with planchas and convection oven has individual pilots and controls for both burners, offering precise flame adjustment. A three-sided grease trough simplifies cleanup, and capped front and rear gas connections support efficient installation in various kitchen layouts.
