Designed to integrate into a suite or cooking line, the Vulcan V336H modular range top is a heavy-duty unit featuring three solid-top burners. Each burner delivers 30,000 BTUs per hour, supporting tasks such as simmering, boiling, and holding foods in large cookware. The solid cast iron tops retain heat across the surface, promoting consistent temperature control without hot spots. Built for liquid propane, this 36-inch-wide hot top range is ideal for high-volume kitchens needing durable, standalone heat without an oven base.

Part of the V Series, the Vulcan V336H features all-stainless steel construction across its front, base, sides, burner box, and top ledge. This structure resists denting and corrosion in demanding kitchen environments. Each burner is independently operated using individual pilots and controls for precise zone heating. For safe installation and structural stability, the unit rests on 4-inch flanged feet and includes a 1 1/4-inch front gas manifold with a capped rear connection. A 4-inch stub riser is included to help protect surrounding surfaces from radiant heat.
