The Vulcan V336HB heavy-duty range includes a cabinet base enclosed by two stainless steel doors, with a removable interior shelf that helps organize stored cookware and utensils. Each hot top burner is independently operated using dedicated pilots and controls, giving staff flexible heat management across the cooktop. A 1 1/4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear gas connection are integrated for streamlined setup, while the 4-inch stub riser protects adjacent walls from radiant heat. The adjustable 6-inch legs help level the unit on uneven flooring.
