Vulcan V4B24 24" 4 Burner Gas Range Top - Modular, Liquid Propane

Because the Vulcan V4B24 heavy-duty gas range is a modular unit, it can be placed on an appropriately sized countertop or workstation. This 24-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 17 15/16-inch-tall unit is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and to ensure stability, it's mounted on 4-inch flanged feet that can be raised or lowered to prevent rocking or wobbling during use. Overall, this LP-gas-powered unit can output 140,000 BTUs per hour and features a 1 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 1 1/4-inch rear gas connection

Each of the Vulcan V4B24 commercial range's four open-top burners output 35,000 BTUs, have individual pilot lights and controls, and include heavy cast aeration bowls with removable top cast grates. To accommodate different pot and pan sizes, the two front grates measure 11 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches, and the two rear grates are 11 1/2 inches by 14 inches. To encourage thorough cleaning, staff can remove the grates as needed.
