Vulcan V4B24 24" 4 Burner Gas Range Top - Modular, Natural Gas

The Vulcan V4B24 V-series heavy-duty gas range is built with a modular base, meaning this 24-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 17 15/16-inch-tall unit is a top-section-only modela€”great for creating an individualized workspace. To complement other pieces of equipment, it's made of rugged, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that withstands high-volume use and can simply be wiped clean. For enhanced stabilization, its 4-inch flanged feet can be raised or lowered to level the unit. This unit operates with natural gas, outputs 140,000 BTUs per hour, and features a 1 1/4-inch-diameter front gas manifold with a 1 1/4-inch capped rear gas connection to ease installation.

Because each of the Vulcan V4B24NG natural-gas-powered range's four burners has a separate pilot light and controls, staff can simply modify each burner's heat as needed. While the two 11 1/2-inch by 14-inch rear cast grates accommodate large pots and pans, the two 11 1/2-inch by 11 1/2-inch front cast grates are sized for small- or medium-sized cookware. To maintain a sanitary cooktop, the grates are removable for cleaning.
