The base's storage cabinet can accommodate frequently used spices, ingredients, or supplies on one removable shelf, and to accommodate various pans, its interior is lined with universal rack guides. For a sleek, professional appearance while securing items in place, the cabinet's door conceals its contents. To ensure stability during operation, its 6-inch legs can be raised or lowered to level the unit on uneven flooring.
