The Vulcan V6B36 V-series heavy-duty gas range is a 36-inch-wide by 36 3/4-inch-deep by 17 15/16-inch-tall unit with a modular base, meaning this unit only features a top section. Its body rests on 4-inch flanged feet that enable attachment to a workstation or countertop. Its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel for long-term rust and corrosion resistance and durability, and this natural-gas powered unit can output 210,000 BTUs per hour.

The Vulcan V6B36 range's six burners each output 35,000 BTUs and have individual pilot lights and controls that let staff properly adjust burner heat to achieve desired results. The two rear burners include heavy-duty cast grates measuring 14 inches by 12 inches to accommodate large pots and pans, while the front 11-inch by 12-inch front grates can support small- or medium-size cookware. Because the grates are separate from the aeration bowls, they simplify cleaning, and an extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray collects food debris during use.
