This unit enables operators to serve full-course meals simultaneously by combining two broiler decks into one cabinet, letting users prepare large amounts of food in a compact footprint. Constructed with ceramic burners, the broiler cooks food quickly and evenly. Once operators adjust the unit for a specific food, they can carry out other kitchen tasks as the cooking takes place. The broiler doesn't require constant monitoring or tending.

Designed with a five-position grid, users can adjust the Vulcan VBB2 double deck broiler's racks to their liking, altering foods' proximity to the burners; this configuration accounts for the differences in preparing items such as vegetables and steaks. This unit enables operators to cook dozens of products at a time with uniform, consistent results. The broiler runs on propane and must be placed beneath a hood ventilation system.
