Able to produce temperatures as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vulcan VBP15LL heated holding and transport cabinet ensures prepared foods are stored in a safe holding environment. The blower motor distributes temperatures evenly throughout the cabinet; users can adjust temperatures with the knob-actuated electronic control. A digital display provides a temperature readout that's simple to read. To preserve temperatures when the unit is stored in cool or warm conditions, the side walls are built with 1 1/2-inch insulation, while the top has 2-inch insulation.

The Vulcan VBP15LL holding and transport cabinet's fixed, lip-load slides accommodate (30) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Because two Dutch doors are built into the cabinet's front, operators can access a specific part of the section rather than opening the entire unit, which helps preserve temperatures. Recessed, side-mounted push handles provide a comfortable grip while maneuvering the unit on its 5-inch casters, which swivel and brake for improved movement and stability.
