Equipped with computer controls that offer digital time and temperature readouts, this unit has a 99-hour timer with an audible alarm to reduce risks of undercooking or burning products. Each section supports five nickel-plated oven racks, which measure 28 1/4 inches wide by 20 1/2 inches deep. Each rack includes 11-position rack guides with rack stops to secure racks in place. Users can access products by opening the independently operated doors; their double-pane windows and interior lights enable users to supervise food during cooking.
