To support commercial loads of product, the Vulcan VC44EC double-deck electric convection oven has five nickel-plated oven racks that measure 28 1/4 inches wide by 20 1/2 inches deep. Heated by electric, solid-sheath elements, foods are cooked uniformly with a 1/2-horsepower, two-speed oven blower-motor; the unit's insulated top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors retain heat for back-to-back baking. To streamline preparation and operation, computer controls have digital time and temperature readouts, a 99-hour timer with an audible alarm, a roast-and-hold cycle, and 100 programmable menu options.

The Vulcan VC44EC electric convection oven's front, sides, top, and legs are made of durable stainless steel to endure high-volume wear. Each of its four doors opens independently to reduce heat loss and to provide access to specific product; their double-pane windows offer a direct view into the unit to manage cooking. Interior lights in each of the ovens also highlight the interior view. Supported by 8-inch legs, it measures 40 inches wide by 42 1/4 inches deep by 70 inches high.
