This Vulcan VC55ED electric convection oven can slowly cook foods with its 5-hour timers, and the temperature level is adjustable from 150 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the cooling switch, operators can run the fans while the doors are open, and doing this helps cool down the ovens if transitioning to a low-temperature dish or preparing to clean the unit.
