Each door has its own handle and independently opens to reveal five oven racks in the cavity. Positive stops keep the racks in place and minimize interior damage. With a rotary dial and digital display, the temperature is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For delicate product, employees can switch the fan setting to low and use the gentle cook mode, which reduces the power to 75 percent.
