An audible alarm sounds when food is done cooking, and the controls include readouts of the timer and current temperature. This unit includes two bakery-depth ovens that hold full-size pans in front-to-back or side-to-side configurations, and they each have five nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted in 11 different positions. For strength, the front, top, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel, and the interior of the ovens are porcelain enameled to streamline cleaning.
