This unit has two decks with bakery-style depths that accommodate full-size pans in side-to-side and front-to-back configurations. Each deck has five oven racks that can be adjusted in 11 different positions, and they're nickel plated for strength. Featuring a temperature range of 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit can be adjusted with solid-state controls. It features a 60-minute timer that informs employees of when food is done cooking. To sweep underneath it, it's positioned on 8-inch legs.
