The 99-hour timer loudly alerts employees when food is done cooking, and to repeat common recipes, as many as 100 menu settings can be programmed. This oven's front provides a readout of the temperature and timer settings. Easy to wipe clean, the interior is porcelain enameled, and it's brightened with lights that help employees monitor food through the double-paned windows in the doors.

The Vulcan VC6EC full-size electric convection oven's doors are independent, so they can be opened with one hand while users are carrying supplies or food pans with the other hand. Inside the cabinet, five nickel-plated racks hold product, and they're adjustable in 11 positions. This oven cavity has a bakery depth that accommodates full-size pans in front-to-back or side-to-side configurations.
