Ita€™s heated with electric solid-sheath elements, and a two-speed, 1/2-horsepower oven blower motor helps move air around for even heating. The unita€™s top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors have a built-in, non-sagging insulation, which helps retain heat for back-to-back use. Users can adjust temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with solid-state controls, and a 60-minute timer audibly alerts staff when food is ready.
