Supported by 23 3/4-inch painted legs, the Vulcan VC6ED single-deck electric convection oven measures 40 inches wide by 46 1/4 inches deep by 54 3/4 inches high. Its front, sides, and top are made of durable stainless steel to endure common wear from loading and unloading product, and its top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors are built with non-sagging insulation to help prevent deterioration over time. Equipped with two stainless steel doors that open separately to reduce heat loss, the unit has double-paned windows that enable operators to track progress.

The Vulcan VC6ED single-deck oven has a 29-inch-wide by 26 1/8-inch-deep by 20-inch-high interior, which is deeper than other Vulcan convection ovens. Supporting five nickel-plated oven racks, it has 11 positions on which the racks can be placed, and positive rack stops keep them in place. The unit is heated with electric solid-sheath elements, and an oven blower motor helps hot air move freely around product. Solid-state temperature controls adjust the temperature from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and to reduce the risk of burning or undercooking product, the unit comes with a 60-minute timer and audible alarm.
