Vulcan VCBB24 24" Gas Range Charbroiler - Modular, Natural Gas

Designed for countertop or equipment stand placement, the Vulcan VCBB24 V-series heavy-duty range is a modular-base unit that rests on 4-inch adjustable flanged feet. This 24-inch-wide by 36³?₄-inch-deep by 17¹⁵?₁₆-inch-tall piece of equipment features a stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back that resist rusting, denting, and scratching and provide long-term resiliency through high-volume use.

The Vulcan VCBB24 natural-gas-powered range's 24-inch-wide charbroiler is lined with four heavy-duty slanted cast iron grates that can create appetizing grill lines and drain fat from proteins during searing. Each grate has a corresponding burner, which features a separate pilot light and control so operators can adjust heat for different sections of the charbroiler. The integrated char radiants absorb and radiate heat toward the top, while the supercharger burner dividers enhance uniformity in heating. To ease cleanup after use, the grates can be lifted off.
