The Vulcan VCBB36S V-series heavy-duty range is a 36-inch-wide by 41 7/8-inch-deep by 40 1/2-inch-tall unit featuring a charbroiler top and a standard oven base. Due to its two-in-one configuration, it saves space in compact kitchens while allowing staff to grill, sear, bake, broil, or roast various dishes. Capable of surviving high-volume use, its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of durable dent-, scratch-, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To level the unit on sloped or irregular flooring, its 6-inch legs can be raised or lowered. Powered by LP gas, this unit can output a total of 149,000 BTUs per hour.
The charbroiler top is built with six burners that output 99,000 BTUs per hour altogether. So staff can adjust the burners' heat to cook different foods and save energy during slow periods, each burner has a corresponding pilot light and heat control. While the char radiants absorb and radiate heat toward the top, the stainless steel supercharger burner dividers establish a uniform heat distribution. Each burner also features a slanted, heavy-duty cast iron grate that leaves behind classic grill marks to enhance chicken and steak presentation. To ease cleanup after use, the grates can be lifted off, and the extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray collects food debris.
The Vulcan VCBB36S LP-gas-powered range's standard oven base features a 27-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 13-inch-tall porcelain interior, which is simple to clean and includes one oven rack. To achieve different results, the rack can be raised or lowered in one of three positions. Operators can access the interior by opening the heavy-duty counterweight-hinged door, and as baking requirements change, they can adjust temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
