Vulcan VCBB36S 36" Gas Range w/ Full Charbroiler & Standard Oven, Natural Gas
So chefs can sear, grill, broil, roast, and bake various ingredients, the Vulcan VCBB36S V-series heavy-duty range features a 36-inch-wide charbroiler top and standard oven base. This two-in-one, 36-inch-wide by 417?8-inch-deep by 401/2-inch-tall unit is great for kitchens with limited space and has a stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back to resist denting, scratching, and corroding while prolonging its service life. This natural-gas-powered unit is fitted with 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered to stabilize the unit on bumpy or sloped surfaces.
Because the charbroiler's six burners each have separate pilot lights, heat controls, and grates, staff can cook different products simultaneously. The integrated char radiants direct heat toward the surface, while the supercharger burner divider panels establish a uniformly heated surface. The slanted, heavy-duty cast iron grates create appetizing grill marks on chicken, steak, and vegetables. For simple cleaning, this unit features an extra-deep crumb tray, and the grates can be lifted off.
The Vulcan VCBB36S commercial range's standard oven base has a 27-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 13-inch-tall interior cavity with a porcelain base, interior door panel, and sides for easy cleaning. This piece of equipment comes with a rack that can be raised or lowered in three positions. For smooth pan insertion and retrieval, it's built with a heavy-duty counterweight hinged door. Staff can simply adjust the oven's temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostat to accommodate changing baking requirements.
