Built for commercial grilling applications, the Vulcan VCCB72 countertop charbroiler is equipped with 13 cast iron burners, each producing 14,500 BTU for a total output of 188,500 BTU. Infinite heat control valves enable operators to manage temperatures independently for each burner, while a standing pilot ignition system provides continuous readiness. The reversible cast iron grates, measuring 51 1/4 inches wide, can be set flat or at an incline to support different broiling styles, with built-in grease troughs to help control flare-ups.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough, the Vulcan VCCB72 is designed for durability and ease of cleaning. A full-width front grease drawer collects excess grease, while the underburner deflector system directs heat upward to keep the grease collection area cooler. The unit is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs and is designed for natural gas operation, featuring a 3/4-inch rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator.
