Suitable for cooking a variety of menu items, the Vulcan VCCG24-IS gas griddle features a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate and a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It's equipped with two IRX® infrared burners and each 12-inch cooking zone is controlled independently with a solid-state thermostat. To prevent accidental adjustment, the knobs are protected by chrome-plated knob guards. Designed for countertop placement, this unit measures 24 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high overall.
Durable to support high-volume use, the Vulcan VCCG24-IS countertop griddle's front, sides, and front top ledge are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. This metal is easy to clean and provides excellent resistance to rust, scratches, and corrosion. To streamline cleaning further, it features a 6-quart grease drawer also made of stainless steel. Enabling users to stabilize it on uneven surfaces, this unit's 4-inch legs are adjustable.
