Measuring 36 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high, the Vulcan VCCG36-AR gas griddle is designed for countertop use. It features a 1-inch-thick chrome cooking plate and comes with a scraper, blade, and palmetto brush for cleaning. Each 12-inch cooking zone is controlled independently via solid-state thermostat. The temperature can be adjusted between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent accidental changes, it's equipped with chrome-plated wire knob guards.
