To ensure a long service life in high-volume operations, the Vulcan VCCG36-AR gas griddle is constructed primarily of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This metal also is simple to clean; to streamline cleaning further, the unit is equipped with a 6-quart grease drawer. Its 1-inch-thick chrome plate is heated by three U-shaped aluminized steel burners, and its temperature range is 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent users from making accidental temperature adjustments, the knobs are fitted with chrome-plated wire guards.
Enabling operators to stabilize it on uneven surfaces, the Vulcan VCCG36-AR countertop griddle is equipped with adjustable, 4-inch legs. It includes a blade, scraper, and palmetto brush to clean the plate, and its back and side splashes help to control splatter. This unit features an electronic ignition with a pilot protection system to ensure safe operation.
