The Vulcan VCCG36-IR gas griddle is a countertop model measuring 36 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high. It features a 1-inch-thick chrome plate and comes with a blade, scraper, and palmetto brush so users may clean it properly. It's furnished with back and side splashes to withhold splatter, and oily runoff is captured and stored in a 6-quart grease trough. The trough, along with most of the unit's remainder, is constructed of stainless steela€”a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal that supports heavy use.

Using individual, solid-state thermostats for each cooking zone, operators can adjust the Vulcan VCCG36-IR countertop griddle's temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Chrome-plated wire knob guards avert accidental changes and IR® infrared burners optimize heat transfer. This unit is raised on 4-inch legs to facilitate cleaning beneath it, and they can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
