Vulcan VCCG36-IR 36" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Chrome Plate, Natural Gas
Because the Vulcan VCCG36-IR countertop griddle is mounted on adjustable 4-inch legs, operators can clean beneath it and stabilize it on uneven surfaces. Its front, sides, and top ledge are constructed of stainless steel to provide long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. For additional strength, it features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis. To collect runoff, it's equipped with a 6-quart grease drawer.
The Vulcan VCCG36-IR gas griddle features a solid-state thermostat for each 12-inch cooking zone. This enables operators to control each one independently and cook a variety of foods at the same time. It has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and its control knobs are protected by chrome-plated wire guards to deter unwanted adjustments. This unit features a 1-inch-thick chrome plate and comes with a blade, scraper, and palmetto brush to facilitate cleaning.
