Vulcan VCCG36-IS 36" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas
Suitable for use in high-volume operations, the Vulcan VCCG36-IS countertop griddle features a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis. Most of the unit's remainder also is made of stainless steel to provide long-lasting defense against rust and corrosion. Using independent thermostats for each cooking zone, operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent inadvertent changes, each knob is fitted with a chrome-plated wire guard.
The Vulcan VCCG36-IS gas griddle features a 1-inch-thick plate made of polished steel that won't harbor stuck-on food. It's furnished with back and sides splashes to keep splatter off surrounding walls and equipment, and its 6-quart grease trough further streamlines cleaning. It's elevated on 4-inch legs to facilitate cleaning beneath the unit, and overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 33 1/10 inches deep by 18 4/5 inches high.
