Vulcan VCCG48-IR 48" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Chrome Plate, Natural Gas
Featuring a 1-inch-thick polished chrome plate, the Vulcan VCCG48-IR countertop griddle enables users to grill, fry, and toast product with minimal sticking. To streamline cleaning, it comes with a scraper, blade, and palmetto brush, and its front, side, and front top ledge are made of stainless steel. Mounted to the front, the griddle's stainless steel grease trough catches oily runoff and directs it into a 6-quart grease drawer for safe storage until it's emptied. To reduce energy consumption, this griddle has infrared burner technology.
Since it has four burners that are controlled separately, the Vulcan VCCG48-IR gas griddle can be set to different temperatures for different cook zones, or users can activate just one area of the grill at a time to save on energy costs. Each burner has a solid-state thermostat that's activated with electronic spark ignition and provides ignition diagnostic capabilities for simplified maintenance. The griddle is reinforced with a welded chassis made of stainless and aluminized steel, and it features chrome wire knob guards to shield the thermostat controls from inadvertent changes.
