Vulcan VCCG48-IS 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Designed with four infrared burners, the Vulcan VCCG48-IS countertop griddle produces 96,000 BTUs of heat and can be used to create separate cooking zones on the same griddle top. Spaced 12 inches apart, each burner is separately controlled with a solid-state thermostat activated by electronic spark ignition. Chrome wire guards protect the control knobs from impacts, shielding them from accidental changes. With diagnostic abilities and pilot protection, the griddle is simple to operate.

Sitting on a countertop or equipment stand, the Vulcan VCCG48-IS gas griddle is supported by 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to ensure it remains level on uneven surfaces. Its griddle plate is 1 inch thick and made of polished steel to withstand frequent use at high temperatures and streamline cleaning. At the griddle?s front is grease trough made of stainless steel, collecting greasy runoff and directing it into the unit?s grease drawer. Accommodating as much as 6 quarts of grease, this drawer can be emptied quickly once it fills up.
