To cook various foods, the Vulcan VCCG60-IR commercial griddle has a temperature range between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Taking up minimal space in a crowded kitchen, it sits on a countertop and measures 60 inches wide by 33¹/₁₀ inches deep by 18⁴/₅ inches high. Solid-state thermostats are positioned every 12 inches to control each of the five burners, providing individual cooking zones to prepare different foods at once. Made of chrome, the griddle plate is 1 inch thick for uniform heating.

The Vulcan VCCG60-IR Vulcan VCCG60-IR gas griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes that capture grease splatter and keep it off the walls. Mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be positioned on uneven surfaces without wobbling and can be elevated to let employees clean underneath it. Oily runoff is contained by a front-mounted grease trough and led into two drawers to facilitate cleaning.
