Vulcan VCCG60-IS 60" Gas Griddle W/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane
The Vulcan VCCG60-IS gas griddle offers pilot protection that prevents the unit from overheating. The temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and for individual burner control of the five burners, solid-state controls are placed every 12 inches. To retain heat and recover lost temperatures after each use, the plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel. Providing durability through high-volume use, the unit itself is made of stainless steel.
For installation on uneven surfaces, the Vulcan VCCG60-IS countertop griddle is positioned on 4-inch adjustable legs that can be adjusted to clean hard-to-reach places beneath the unit. Capturing oil and food particles, the front-mounted grease trough guides messes into two drawers. Containing it within the griddle itself, a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes capture any grease that splatters while cooking.
