Offering plenty of room for product, the Vulcan VCCG72-IR gas griddle has a 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface, and overall, the unit measures 72 inches wide by 33¹/₁₀ inches deep by 18⁴/₅ inches high. The chrome griddle plate comes with a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade to streamline cleaning, while a 4-inch backsplash and tapered sides keep splatter from splashing onto the walls. Guiding oil into the two included drawers, a grease trough is mounted in the front.

The Vulcan VCCG72-IR countertop griddle operates with electronic spark ignition and has pilot protection that prevents overheating and element burnout. Because the griddle plate is 1 inch thick, it retains heat and distributes it evenly for uniform cooking. It sits on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to stabilize it on uneven surfaces, and the durable stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion.
