Outfitted with two open burners, the Vulcan VCRR24 gas hotplate is designed for countertop use in compact kitchens. Each burner generates 20,000 BTU per hour and is equipped with a lift-off burner head to simplify cleaning and maintenance. The cast iron top grates sit above removable grate supports and can accommodate heavy cookware without warping under continuous heat. Operators can adjust burner output with infinite heat controls, while a standing pilot system supports quick ignition throughout the day.
The Vulcan VCRR24 countertop hotplate is built with a stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge to endure daily wear and corrosion. A full-width crumb tray sits below the burners to catch debris and pulls out for cleaning. Its 12 1/2-inch cooking height rests on 4-inch adjustable legs for stability on uneven work surfaces. The unit connects via a 3/4-inch rear gas inlet and comes with a pressure regulator for safe operation with natural gas service.
