The Vulcan VEKT80/666 steam kettle and stand assembly includes three Vulcan K6ETT electric kettles, each of which have a 6-gallon capacity. These kettles are two-thirds jacketed and filled with water, antifreeze, and rust inhibitor. To simplify pouring, the rims have butterfly shaped lips, and the kettle liners are constructed of fully welded stainless steel. Stainless steel handles are used to tilt the kettle, and the two-position tilt lock feature lets it stay in an upright position or tilt 100 degrees for complete emptying.

The Vulcan VEK80/666 tilting kettle stand is made of durable stainless steel, which is resistant to rusting, and to contain spills, it has a marine edge along the sides and rear. For cleaning, the full-length drain trough can accommodate a drain tray. The stand is kept level by four stainless steel legs with two flange feet on the rear.
