The Vulcan VEKT80/666 kettle and stand assembly enables users to cook multiple batches of product at the same time, and the stand is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. It sits on four stainless steel legs with two rear flanged feet that can be bolted to the floor, while the rear and sides of the stand feature a marine edge, meaning liquid will not spill over the edges. A drain tray fits into the full-length drain trough on the stand, assisting with cleanup.

The Vulcan VEKT80/666 steam kettle and stand assembly features three Vulcan K6ETT 6-gallon kettles, which tilt manually and are heated by removable elements. Two-thirds of the kettle body is covered in a steam jacket that is filled with rust inhibitor, antifreeze, and water to help with operation. Butterfly shaped lips enable controlled pours. Operators can tilt each kettle using its stainless steel handle, and two tilt-lock positions are provided to hold the kettle upright or at 100 degrees for complete emptying.
