Because the Vulcan VGM18 gas range is a modular unit, it can be placed on a countertop or equipment stand, offering versatile placement. It measures 18 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high. It has a stainless steel constructed front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back for lasting durability in demanding kitchens. For even heat distribution, it has a 30,000-BTU burner with a pilot light and manual control. Great for pancakes, grilled sandwiches, and burgers, its ground steel griddle plate measures 3/4 an inch thick. To secure the unit to its surface, it has 4-inch adjustable flanged feet.
