Designed to be placed on a countertop or equipment stand, the Vulcan VGM24 gas range can be is a modular unit. It features two 30,000-BTU burners with individual pilots and manual controls to cook at two different temperatures simultaneously. It operates with liquid propane and features a 3/4-inch-thick ground steel griddle plate to cook hamburgers, hashbrowns, or pancakes.
To prolong its service life in demanding kitchen environments, the Vulcan VGM24 griddle range's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub box are made of stainless steel. To secure this unit onto surfaces, it sits on 4-inch flanged feet. Overall, it measures 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high.
