Its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of durable stainless steel to withstand rigorous use in demanding kitchens, and it features a 4-inch-high side splash guard and deep stainless steel crumb tray to contain messes while cooking. For secure placement on surfaces, it sits on 4-inch flanged feet.
Because the Vulcan VGM36 griddle range comes with three 30,000-BTU burners with individual pilots and controls, operators can cook multiple items at various temperatures simultaneously. Its top features a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate to cook burgers, saute vegetables, or fry eggs. This unit uses liquid propane to deliver a steady, even flow of heat.
