Designed with a stainless steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back, the Vulcan VGM36 gas range offers the durability to withstand rigorous use in fast-paced kitchens. It's equipped with three 30,000-BTU burners that have individual pilot lights and manual controls to enable operators to cook at multiple temperatures simultaneously. Because it's a modular unit, this model has no base and can be placed on countertops or equipment stands. For secure placement on surfaces, it sits on 4-inch flanged feet that can be adjusted as needed.
The Vulcan VGM36 griddle range includes a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate to accommodate flexible cooking needs. It has a 4-inch-high side splash guard and an extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray to contain messes within the range. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches high and operates with natural gas to ensure heat is distributed evenly through meals.
