Vulcan VGMT36 36" Gas Range Griddle - Modular, Liquid Propane
For lasting durability in high-volume settings, the Vulcan VGMT36 V-series gas range features a stainless steel top, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. Its griddle top is built with a 4-inch-high side splash that protects surrounding surfaces from grease, and to simplify cleaning, it has a removable, extra-deep stainless steel crumb tray. Because it has a modular base, this unit can be placed on a countertop. To stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 4-inch flanged feet, and it measures 36 3/4 inches deep by 36 inches wide by 17 15/16 inches high.
The Vulcan VGMT36 heavy-duty range features three 30,000 BTU burners to effectively distribute heat across the 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate. Each burner has its own pilot and burner controls, which can be adjusted between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit using the snap-action thermostats. Ideal for kitchens with established hookups, this range utilizes LP gas.
