Vulcan VGT24 24" Gas Range Griddle - Modular, Liquid Propane

To save floorspace in compact kitchens, the Vulcan VGT24 heavy-duty range measures 24 inches wide by 36 3/4 inches deep by 17 15/16 inches tall to fit on countertops or equipment stands. Its 4-inch-tall flanged feet can be raised or lowered to stabilize the unit on irregular or bumpy surfaces. To prolong its service life in high-traffic kitchens, cafes, and hotels, its front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are made of durable stainless steel that resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning.

Because the Vulcan VGT24 LP gas range's griddle is built with two burners featuring separate pilot lights and thermostatic controls, users can simultaneously cook foods with conflicting cooking requirements on the same surface. This design also allows employees to heat half of the surface to conserve energy during slow periods. To retain heat, warm evenly, and reduce the chance of warping through high-volume use, the polished steel plate measures 3/4 of an inch thick. Side splashes on the griddle plate's right and left side create a barrier that contains hot pops of oil, minimizing injury risk and the chance of dirtying adjacent surfaces.
