Vulcan VHP848 48" Gas Hotplate W/ (8) Burners & Infinite Controls, Natural Gas
The Vulcan VHP848 gas hotplate is heated by eight 30,000 BTU open burners that feature lift-off heads for simple cleaning underneath as needed. Temperature adjustments are made by infinite heat control valves in each burner, while the standing pilot system makes it easy to turn the gas flow on and off. Most food particles and messes are caught in the crumb tray to ease the cleaning process after cooking.
The Vulcan VHP848 hotplatea€™s corrosion and damage resistance are provided by the stainless steel construction of the control panel, top trim, sides, and backsplash. It's lifted off counters and worktables via the four 4-inch adjustable legs. It has a width of 48 inches, fitting comfortably in most spaces for unhindered, comfortable access. For simple installation, ita€™s made with a 3/4-inch rear gas connection and pressure regulator.
