The Vulcan VHP848U gas hotplate has eight burners with lift-off heads, so it is easy to clean underneath them. Temperature adjustments are made with the infinite heat control valves for each burnera€™s heat. The top grates withstand commercial applications with their cast iron construction. For quick and simple cleanup, there is a full-width crumb tray that pulls out to make it easy to clean after cooking. The Vulcan VHP848U gas hotplate measures 48 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 16 5/8 inches tall and has 4-inch adjustable legs. The control panel and sides are constructed of stainless steel, adding durability for heavy-duty applications.
