Vulcan VPT15 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (15) Pan Capacity, 120v
To facilitate product retrieval from the front and back, the Vulcan VPT15 full-height insulated heated cabinet has a pass-thru design. The solid Dutch doors are fitted with magnetic gaskets for a tight seal, while the cabinet is fully insulated to reduce heat and energy loss. The 10 pairs of universal tray slides can accommodate (15) 18-inch by 26-inch by 1-inch or (30) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1/2-inch pans that are adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments for versatile use. It operates with a blower motor for even product heating.
The Vulcan VPT15 mobile heated cabinet's control panel has an analog thermometer that enables temperature adjustment as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Great for foodservice operations, this unit is positioned on 5-inch casters and has push handles on the sides to help users transport it. Built with a strong integrated steel frame and stainless steel construction, this unit is durable enough to withstand high-volume use.
