Full-length handles with gasket guards, magnetic snap-in gaskets, and 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides help support daily use.

To maintain internal temperatures, the Vulcan VSC84 refrigerated base uses a front-breathing, self-contained refrigeration system that accommodates zero-clearance installation. The microprocessor control system ensures consistent cooling performance, while anti-condensate perimeter heaters minimize exterior moisture buildup. The electric condensate evaporator runs an off-cycle defrost process to manage humidity.
