Vulcan VWT36C 36" Heavy Duty Range, Range Line Work Surface, Convection Oven, Liquid Propane

Equipped with a full convection oven base, the Vulcan VWT36C heavy-duty work surface is designed for use with liquid propane. This 36-inch-wide unit is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, and the unit's front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are reinforced with stainless steel. The worktop includes a 4-inch stainless steel stub riser to deflect radiant heat away from adjacent equipment or walls.

Below the cooking surface, the Vulcan VWT36C convection oven features a porcelain-lined interior on the bottom, sides, and door panel to simplify cleaning and retain heat. The oven operates between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with two racks that can be positioned in three different locations. Its heavy-duty door opens smoothly on counterweight hinges, while a millivolt pilot system enhances safety. For floor stability, the unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
